When a patient calls the surgery, the first response is for the GP to return the phone call.  They begin to deal with the problem straight away, and only 1 in 3 patients needs to come in to see the GP.

The time saved means more patients can be treated, and overall 40% fewer patients are making the trip to the surgery.

Already over 40 diverse practices run the service for 350,000 patients.
