Thrive and The College of Occupational Therapists are hosting a conference considering the use of therapeutic gardening in Healthcare settings. This conference provides an opportunity for delegates to broaden and deepen their understanding of the relevance of ‘Green Care’ and will cover the latest research and techniques through a series of practical workshops and presentations.
A more sustainable health care will offer people the choices and the ability to take charge of their own health. However, there are challenges to face, not the least on how to assure that different approaches are as reliable, effective and safe as possible. This course offers some real pathways to meet these opportunities and challenges.
The Climate and Health Council and Medact are hosting a meeting to share ideas and develop future actions around sustainability, environment and health issues.
